Three tornadoes tore through Sioux Falls in a matter of minutes on Tuesday night, September 10, 2019. The accompanying storm caused devastating flooding in nearby communities. With homes and bridges underwater and debris littering the neighborhoods, eastern South Dakota managed to escape with no fatalities.
